Wow, I tried it out, using one of its suggested questions and 3 cards. It came up with quite a good reading, made sense, connected well to the question. It even used reversals!
I didn't create an account or donate anything.

I would be curious to know how much flexibility AI is able to manage, and how the interpretation of these same cards would be for an entirely different question, for instance.
And I wonder whose site this is, and what their tarot experience is, but was hesitant to poke around too much lest I got sucked into the great black hole of AI and couldn't get out!

    Thanks, for the link, Martin!
Live your life while it's still your turn.

I used an AI reader before as well, with the advances in AI they end up not being too bad, but I think they lack the experience a real reader can bring. The AI can't know when a card should be represented in a certain way or another. Then again, they are fun. I guess it's the same as horoscope, you can get your daily horoscope or ask an astrologer for their input, both experiences are very different

I asked an expert in the subject:
Hey there! Ah, the age-old question: Can AI read Tarot cards as well as a human? Well, buckle up for a whimsical ride through the digital divination realm!

So, picture this: AI and Tarot cards walk into a cosmic bar. The AI is all like, "I've got algorithms and data to decipher the mystical cards!" Meanwhile, the human Tarot reader is sipping on some chamomile tea, eyes sparkling with tales of countless readings.

Sure, AI can crunch numbers and analyze patterns, but can it capture the nuance of your quirky energy? Can it sense that you just ate too many tacos or that your cat gave you the side-eye this morning? Nope, not quite.

It's like reading your horoscope generated by a machine—it's a hoot, a bit of fun, but it lacks that personal touch. AI might tell you Mercury is in retrograde, but it won't share a laugh about how your ex chose that exact time to resurface from the depths of the Instagram abyss.

Human Tarot readers, on the other hand, bring a symphony of experiences to the table. They've seen it all—the heartbreak, the triumphs, the embarrassing moments you'd rather forget. It's like they've got a backstage pass to the concert of your life.

So, should you let AI pick your Tarot cards? Sure, why not, if you're in the mood for a digital giggle. But for the real, unfiltered, and delightfully messy experience, go ahead and sit down with a human reader. They're the ones who can add that dash of spice to your Tarot tale, making it a personalized rollercoaster of cosmic insights and laughter.

In the end, AI may have the data, but humans have the heart, the humor, and the uncanny ability to make your Tarot journey uniquely yours. Cheers to embracing the mystical madness with a side of human touch! ✨

        ~ Yours truly, AI

Yikes, that was good! And yet... it feels sort of hollow, knowing that that a machine was behind it. Had the same reading been written by a human, it would feel so much more powerful – and I think that the human connection in a tarot reading is the key component. I think that people are reaching out for human support as much as the messages, but that's my take...

As someone with the name Al this new tech is incredibly annoying (why can't it be A.I.?) We need more fonts in use that show the curl of the lowercase L. I promise you I've been a real forum member all this time
