I haven’t received a verification email, what do I do?
Please wait a few minutes and check your spam folder for your verification email.
If you haven’t received it after 10 minutes, please log in to the system again and request the email be resent.
When resending a verification email, you cannot change the email used when you registered. If the email is incorrect, you will need to create a new account, or contact support.
How often can I request a reading?
Every 30 days.
If you have requested one within the last 30 days, your readings page will show you the date when you can next request one.
Are my readings confidential?
Yes!
Your question will be visible to the reader who it is assigned to. If a reader is not available, then all our readers will be able to see the question and decide if they wish to take it on.
Once the reading has been assigned, the only people who can see the details of the reading (their responses and your replies) are the reader and yourself.
Once the reading is complete, it stays on our system so that you and the reader can refer back to it, but no one else can see it.
If you decide to leave feedback, the reader may share this with other readers and our staff, but they will not share your name or other details.
How do free readings work?
You can submit a free reading request once every 30 days. It will then be randomly assigned to one of our readers, who will usually respond to you within 5 days. If needed, they may ask you for more information.
Once the reading is complete, you have the opportunity to leave feedback.
Please note that if no readers are available when you ask your question, it may take a day or two to be assigned.
Can I delete my account and readings?
Yes!
At the bottom of your account settings page, there is a button to click to delete your account. You will be asked to confirm (by typing ‘delete’ into the box). Once you have confirmed, your account will be immediately deleted and all data we hold about you, including all your readings, name, email address, etc., will be removed from our system.
Do I have to register for an account in order to request a free reading?
Yes!
Our new free readings system makes the whole process of requesting, assigning and responding to readings, much easier and less prone to problems. By registering for an account, we can keep track of requests, notify you automatically when your request has been answered, prevent abuse of the system, and much more.
Can I request a free reading by email?
Unfortunately we cannot accept free reading requests via email.
