Andrea Aste workshop: A Multidisciplinary Approach to Tarot - Expanding the Horizon of Intuition

Join our regular TABI presenter Andrea Aste for another fascinating workshop which is focussed on expanding the horizon of our intuition in a meaningful way to make our readings more vibrant, deep, and intriguing.

Tarot is not a fixed system—it is a living, breathing language, shaped by centuries of shifting symbols, layered meanings, and the ever-changing lens of human perception. From its earliest forms to the richly illustrated decks we use today, the tarot has absorbed influences from art, philosophy, mysticism, psychology, and culture, evolving into a tool of endless depth and resonance.

Every card is an echo of different traditions, a palimpsest where meanings have been inscribed and rewritten across time. The Fool has walked through medieval allegory, esoteric teachings, Jungian archetypes, and beyond. The High Priestess whispers secrets drawn from Kabbalah, ancient mystery schools, and the depths of the unconscious. To truly engage with tarot, we must step beyond rigid interpretations and embrace its alchemical nature—where symbols interact, transform, and reveal new insights with every reading.

In this webinar, we will explore how to expand our readings by weaving tarot with the wisdom of different disciplines—history, music, philosophy, art, and psychology—enriching our intuition with a more vibrant, multidimensional approach. Magic is not about rigid rules; it is about exploration, about playing with symbols and meaning to find hidden connections, much like the alchemists sought the Philosopher’s Stone by merging different elements into something greater.

Let’s go beyond memorised definitions and rediscover tarot as it was meant to be—fluid, ever-evolving, and deeply personal. Let’s make our readings more magical, more alive, more attuned to the vast and shifting world we live in.
