A versatile well-being spread, with as many cards drawn for each well-being segment as you wish.  I tend to use 2.  Either the querent sets the theme, or a card can be drawn to provide context for the reading, and the other cards are interpreted with this in mind.

Reading for myself (using the Everyday Witch (mini)) went like this:

Theme: Knight of Swords, impulsiveness.

Emotional well-being: 10 of cups, 5 of swords.  Enjoy relaxing with family and friends and avoid conflict and drama. Linking back to the Knight cautions against getting impatient with people.

Physical well-being: 6 of wands, Page of wands.  Fire; energy and movement are key to my physical well-being.  Put some of that get up and go into productive physical action.

Mental well-being: Tower and Temperance.  2 Majors, so this is where I need to focus.  Tear down my current thought patterns, and practice balance and moderation.  Have a more measured approach to counteract that Knight.

The spread can be expanded out to include spiritual well-being too.  :

In my case this was Strength and the 10 of Wands.  Another major so a secondary focus, strength which alongside that knight of swords I’m taking to be the stamina to stick with my spiritual practice, & the 10 of wands – ensuring I don’t say yes to too much.
